Shipping

As we hold no surplus stock, it is our pleasure to create your garment following receipt of your order. This is so we have as little waste as possible.

For our Racing Couture line, we aim to create and dispatch your newly made item within 10 working days, but will inform you immediately otherwise. For example, if our turbo-charged sewing machines need refuelling.

For our custom built garments in the Workshop, we endeavor to create your garment in the shortest time possible but please be aware there is a waiting list. However we will be in touch to guide you through the process and to give you an estimated dispatch time.

We thank you for your understanding that great things take time to build.

Your item will be carefully wrapped and packed in a neutral outer mailer bag, to protect your shipment. We take great care with packaging and have chosen compostable and biodegradable to lessen our carbon footprint. They’re made from plant-based materials and break down in compost within 90 days!

We ship worldwide direct from the WRECKREATION studios in the North East of England, using Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK and Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for the rest of the world.

When your garment is ready to be dispatched, we will personally email you with your tracking number so you can follow your items journey.

Shipping times:

UK – Next working day following dispatch – £7 Europe – 3 – 5 working days after dispatch – £15 USA & Canada – 5 – 7 working days after dispatch – £20 Rest of the World – 7 – 10 working days after dispatch – £25

You have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it.

Please note, for delivery addresses outside of the UK, duty and import taxes may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of our customer and have to be paid on delivery of your order. We recommend you contact your local customs authority for more information.

We hope you love your unique piece of WRECKREATION which was made just for you. We strive to make all of our garments to the highest of standards.

But if it isn’t love at first sight, you are welcome to return your item within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, providing the garment is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and in its packaging. Please contact workshop@wreckreation.co.uk for further proceedings.

As an independent fashion house, we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage, so it is advised to retain all tracking information and proof of postage to ensure returned items arrive safe and sound. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the product.

Refunds and returns are not available for our custom built items, due to the individual qualities of each garment. However, once the garment has been worn-out by your standards, you are welcome to send the item back to us for a discount off your new order. Please contact us about our Wreckreated Program for further details.

We are not disposable and our clothes shouldn’t be either; they’re a reflection of our inner self. Therefore correct cleaning is a necessity to enhance the longevity of your garment.

When designing and creating all of our clothing, it is vital to us that they can easily be thrown into a washing machine after serious wearing.

Even our jeans.

For the majority of our garments, we recommend turning them inside out, on a 30°C cycle.

Anything higher, and the fibres will start to break down.

Use a small amount of detergent and don’t use fabric softener.

Then hang them outside or indoors to dry.

Do not use a tumble dryer either, as this also breaks down fibres within the fabric.

Your purchased garment will come with specific instructions. And don’t worry, none will say ’take to dry cleaners’ or ‘wash in a puddle of mermaid tears.’

We design with practicality in mind.

Each product page has detailed measurements. Check them carefully. But if you’re unsure please get in touch via the contact form. Comfort and ease of movement is a priority when designing Racing Couture. Therefore the majority of our garments are built with fabrics that have at least some stretch to them.

Once a year we open our books for custom-builds. Each piece is made with you, not for a production line. Slots fill fast so join the mailing list for when the books open.

We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards.

Once a year we will have a sale of our WRECKREATED Garments. These are our reconditioned garments and one-off samples. They are not made for landfill. They are created to be worn again and again for adventure after adventure.

High octane from the very beginning.
Motorsport. It’s an obsession.
The Sound, the smell, the colours, the energy.
It triggers something which incites me to create.

As do the works of Goethe, Jung, Nietzsche, etc.
Their theories, the victorious stories of characters with great strength who stand up for what they believe in and live their ideals. Those whose goal is to create positive change, the architects of the future who set no limits, who bravely step out from the sidelines, those who defy rules and question authority.

I aim to give these ideas a new form.

Some artists use paint as their medium.

I use clothes.
