If you are choosing a garment for the top half, choose the size closest to your chest measurement.
If you are choosing a garment for the bottom half, choose the size closest to your hip measurement.
Go with the smaller measurement if you are wanting a tight fit.
For a loose fit, go with the bigger size.
CHEST - Wearing a bra, measure under your arms around the fullest part of your chest.
WAIST - Measure around your natural waistline at the navel, the narrowest point. Allow for some room, make sure not to pull too tight.
HIPS - Measure around your hips at the widest point.
